Framework For Capability Building

Following is a diagram depicting our framework for building the capability for lasting financial success. The framework assumes that developing a self-owned business is fundamental to financial success. After all, enterpreneurship is the most time-tested and widely-accepted way to become wealthy. Also, the opportunity for entrepreneurship is avaliable to anyone with initiative.

Our venture of choice is Intellectual Distribution using the multi-level structure (traditionally known as multi-level marketing [MLM] or network marketing) because it allows the average person to build a lucrative home-based business generating leveraged, residual income by starting part-time with a minimal upfront investment. The multi-level structure is simply a concept for leveraging, which is one of the most powerful ways for creating wealth anywhere in the world today.

According to renowned economist Paul Zane Pilzer, "The fortunes to be made in the years ahead will not be predominantly in physical delivery, but in education - not in physical distribution, but in intellectual distribution; educating customers about products and services that will improve their lives, but that they don't yet know about or don't yet know are now affordable."

A key component of intellectual distribution is first developing a friendship or relationship with the potential customer - hence our use of terms such as 'true friends' and 'relationship marketing'.

Strategy

Translating the Vision and Mission into a commercial Result requires a Strategy, which is really the essence of the True Friends Success System - see 'Why Have A System' below.

Business Model

The Business Model puts our offer into perspective. Therefore, every person aspiring to build a profitable business needs to understand the Business Model, which (due to its unique composition) is called the Success Model within the True Friends Success System.

Process Model

The Process Model is the equivalent of an algorithm - a step-by-step problem-solving procedure. It explains all the steps involved in moving from a new associate to a competent business builder.

Priorities

Setting priorities is primarily about doing 'first things first' - putting your effort where it is most needed at the present time - to produce the outcome you desire. Often this will mean choosing between what appears urgent now and what is really important for the longer term.

Resources

Anyone can state a priority, however it is only when resources (especially time and effort) are applied to it, that it really becomes a priority.

Operations

This refers to the day-to-day operations or activities that must be carried out to convert processes into desired Results.

Results

The results obtained from effectively implementing Strategy, a key aspect of which is ongoing growth and contribution (as explained in the Success Mastery program).

Why Have A System?

You need a success system to achieve anything worthwhile. You cannot do it in a random, haphazard way. One of the main reasons people fail to achieve their goals/outcomes in life is because, more often than not, they are operating off the seat of their pants, making it up as they go along.

A system standardises the approach used to build the business. This means that everybody in the True Friends organisation, regardless of location, builds the business in the same manner using an approach that is proven to work. This has many advantages:

  • Saves time and money. Associates can minimise their time and costs of growing the business by learning from accumulated wisdom rather than by trial and error.
  • Easier support: Support across the organisation is easier because everybody is ‘talking the same language’.
  • Enhancements/changes to the system can be made quickly and easily.
  • There is no confusion about roles and responsibilities and the sequence of activities needed to grow the business.

What is the Zend Optimizer?

The Zend Optimizer is one of the most popular PHP plugins for performance-improvement, and has been available without charge, since the early days of PHP 4. It improves performance by scanning PHP's intermediate code and passing it through multiple Optimization Passes to replace inefficient code patterns with more efficient code blocks. The replaced code blocks perform exactly the same operations as the original code, only faster.

In addition to improving performance, the Zend Optimizer also enables PHP to transparently load files encoded by the Zend Guard.

The Zend Optimizer is a free product available for download from Zend Technologies. Zend Technologies also developed the PHP scripting engine, known as the Zend Engine.
